Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with The Bonding Game. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment focused on communication, healing, personal growth, and stronger relationship connections. Booking & Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and begin and end at the scheduled time. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or missed appointments without communication may be charged the full session fee. Emergencies will be handled with understanding and discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a missed session. Coaching Expectations Relationship coaching provides guidance, accountability, communication tools, and personal growth strategies. Results depend on each client’s willingness to participate openly and apply the tools discussed during sessions. Respectful communication is expected at all times. Confidentiality All coaching sessions and personal information shared will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or safety concerns arise. Disclaimer Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If deeper clinical support is needed, clients may be encouraged to seek a licensed mental health professional. Refunds Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions. Package refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
